a few seconds walk to some corner shops
a 10 minute walk to Lidl
a 15 minute walk to Cardiff City Centre
a 15 minute walk to the University
a 15 minute walk to the Millenium Stadium
a 15 minute walk to the central train and bus station
a 20 minute walk to Students Union
a 25 minute walk to Cardiff Bay

By car its only..
a 10 minute drive to the Hospital
a 15 minute drive to the M4

But if you dont like walking or driving theres a bus route at the bottom of the street that takes you straight to the central station in 10 minutes.

So its very near everything
